Rick Lykins

Rick is CEO and one of the original co-founders of Source International. He has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing products in Asia, covering a wide range of industrial and consumer product categories. He holds a 1977 BBA Magna Cum Laude degree from Marshall University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and lived in China from 1998 through 2011.

Jeff Carey

Jeff is President of Operations and a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt. He has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and product design across various industries and product categories, from consumer products to precision parts and
high tech. Jeff spends six months each year in Asia, working directly with factories and overseeing staff and product operations with a strong emphasis on the Quality Management System and quality assurance. He holds a degree in electronics from UEI and attended the Mechanical Engineering Technology program at Purdue University.

Steve Ullum

Steve is Senior Vice President and one of the original co-founders of Source International. He has over 35 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, new product development, and international trade in Asia, with an emphasis on setting up Asian manufacturing lines. He holds a BS degree from the WVU College of Business and Economics and has lived full-time in China since 2003.
